Handles should be manufactured to support the safe handling of the weight intended to be stored, and to be used by personnel in personal protective equipment.
Removable or hinged lids.

Operating Considerations: Ensure that storage/lifting capacity meets mission requirements.
At least two lifting handles for each 50 lbs of storage capacity.
